Tara GFC
The Tara GFC is one of the most established Gaelic Football Clubs in London.
The mens team consists of Senior and Reserve teams, and also has a huge underage development program in place. Our Players come from all over Ireland and we also have many home grown talents, including many who have come up through the ranks of the Minor teams.
The 2006 season was a succesful one for the club, we reached the Final of the London Senior Football Championship playing St Brendans. Unfortunately in terrible conditions we lost 1-4 V 0-9 in a closely fought match.
At the height of the season, we train twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.30pm (till about 9pm) at the Northolt Rugby Ground (see Training Page for details).
We have players travelling from all over London so we can arrange lifts from most areas of London or do pick ups from various Tube stops.
The Tara GFC is also associated with various companies in London and may be able to arrange jobs for keen players.
